A Desire Beyond Borders is made with Rose, Jasmine, Elderflower and whole Vanilla Bean infused in cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Almond Oil, and Jojoba Oil. These plants from around the world that have traveled far beyond their original borders come together in this soft, nourishing, and inviting body oil. Rose is cooling, supports pain relief, inflammation and irritation reduction—really shining specifically with stings, bites, rashes, and burns. Jasmine supports our skins regeneration, provides hydration, and promotes elasticity. Elderflower protects our skin from sun damage and promotes collagen production. Whole vanilla bean is rich in Vitamin B, antibacterial, and calming to our skin and our spirits. Subtle but felt in its aroma, this oil leaves our skin feeling buttery smooth and silky and encourages us to slow down and go inward to give our bodies that much needed love and nourishment, so we may also provide that to others.

Our herbal oils are made by infusing whole plant material into oil using the most effective methods for each plant, rather than substituting this with the use of essential oils as is commonly done today. This results in true herbal oils that carry the full spectrum of oil soluble constituents the plants offer, rather than just their concentrated volatile oils. To get the most out of this practice, I suggest applying the oil after bathing while your skin is still damp, and to use in conjunction with a hydrosol to really lock in moisture and add hydration.
